Shekinah Today Ministries: A Great Sword of Separation

We believe the "Lord of Hosts" – is getting ready to utter His voice before His army as never seen before in modern times. Like the Commander in the second vision from last week's message, we believe God has a very strategic plan for these last days. And He has a specific order and timing in carrying out the details of this great plan.

First, God is calling His army in line. Then, as with Gideon’s army – there will be a process of "separation" taking place. We believe this is parallel to the cleansing and separation regarding the Glorious Church.

Get Ready Church – This is Going to be Good!
As God is doing this great work and preparing His Church, His Army – the enemy is trembling because he knows his fate. He knows his time is short and so with a vengeance he is waging war with an intensity we have not seen before.

A Great Separation and Preparation
There is coming a great separation. I saw a vision of a Great Sword coming down onto the earth and bringing great separation. There is coming a point when there will be a choice to make.

Separation or Unity?
It may appear in the light of Jesus prayer for unity in John 17 that a word about a "great separation" is in the opposite direction, at least on the surface. However we believe it's part of the needed cleansing for the Church today. Separating the real from the counterfeit in order to bring "true unity" in the Body of Christ.

"Whoever is On the Lord's Side..."
One example of separation in holy scripture is when Moses came down from the mountain of God. He became furious when he saw the golden calf and the state of the people, unrestrained in their sin. Aaron had conformed to what the people wanted, and molded a god they were comfortable with. Sadly we see this in many churches today. (Exodus 32)

Moses then began to deal with the problem and called for a separation, saying:
"Whoever is on the Lord's side – come to me!" (Exodus 32: 26)

It's Time to Draw the Line
The Lord of Hosts is calling those who are with Him to His side – to "come to Me." The Lord will utter His voice to separate – much like He did with Gideon's Army. He is raising up an army, to prepare for the great battle ahead. A Spiritual and practical battle. A battle first in prayer, then in action!

God's Great Zeal & Love
What stirs and motivates the heart of God in all these things is first His Bride – His Glorious Church, and His love and desire for the salvation of all mankind. Ultimately, His plan is to raise up His "Glorious" Church (His army) to impact these last days for eternity!

A Great Sword of Separation

Preface: During a time of prayer last week I saw the following vision....

A Vision: It seemed God was standing above the circle of the earth and both of His arms were lifted high, straight up above Him and in His Hands was a massive two-edged sword. The sword was pointing straight up. I could tell by the way He was standing that He was getting ready to swing it down to the earth with great force. Then, I saw Him with tremendous force and might swing the sword straight down onto the earth, and when He did this it caused a great divide – a great separation. It was not a natural or physical divide, but rather a spiritual divide.

Then this word came...(below are parts of it)
"There's a Great Sword – it is about to go forth throughout this land.
A Great Sword – its the Sword of the Lord, in the hand of God...
It will separate, it will divide, it will cut deep, it will cut wide,
And I will know who is on My side, says the Lord.
I will know, I will know, I will know.

Like Gideon's army I will whittle away.
I will cut away, I will separate, those that are truly mine....
My Mighty Sword...It shall go forth throughout this land.
My Mighty Sword...in My hand, in My hand....

I will separate and I will divide, and I will draw those who are mine close to My side.
[These] words will separate and divide, that which is unclean and that which is divine.
That which is of Me. That which is of Spirit, and that which is of flesh
That which is from above, and that which is from beneath...
Separating the precious from the vile.

Those that remain I will bring great unity,
For they are of one heart and that heart is mine.
Their hearts are fixed upon Me.
Those are the ones I will use to reveal My glory."

Then this word came a few days later...

It's Time To Draw The Line

Preface: We believe this a clear word for His church the times we are entering into.

God is saying:
"This is not a common thing I do,
But I'm getting ready to move....
This is a new thing that I do.
For I will speak My Word....
I will utter My voice before My army.
I will rally My troops.
This is not a common thing.

My Church will see that this is a new thing,
A greater thing than what they have ever seen.
For there will be a clear voice.
So My people can make the right choice.
And My people will recognize My voice.
I will rally them, I will bring them in, like a great army that is preparing to go to war.
I will bring them in close to Me.
I will show them My strategy.
They will know this is a supernatural thing.
For this will be something they have never seen.

Those who are my sheep, they shall hear My voice.
Those who have enlisted into My army by choice.
They have chosen to turn their back on civilian life.
They will rally to Me, and they will come to Me.
And they will hear Me, and they will see Me, and they will know it's Me.
And I will give them marching orders straight from the headquarters of heaven.
And everyone will march in line.
For they know it's time.
For they shall not break rank. and they shall not thrust another.
For they shall walk side by side, as warriors and as brothers.

I am the Lord of Hosts.
I am the God of the armies of Israel.
I will not lose this battle.

There will be rules and there will be regulations,
And I will not allow insubordination.
My army must be quick to obey,
When My orders are delivered and relayed.

For we are preparing to enter into a time of war, such as never been before.
For this is a time of separation, a time of preparation.

This separation will begin.
I will begin to strip away – the sin.
I will take off the civilian clothes and I will replace them, with those I have prepared.
I will strip away everything that will cause this army to lose.

This army I am raising up.
They will not have their heart set or fixed on civilian affairs.
They will not be looking back.
They will have no attachments to this world.
They will be single-minded, and fully engaged.

No longer prey.
No longer subject to the enemies rage.
No longer on the defense.
No longer shall they retreat.
But they shall rise up, and they shall see their victory complete.
For I am a warrior – says the Lord.

So it's time to draw the line.
it's time to decide – for those that will come with Me.
For this is like a Gideon's Army.
A separating the men from the boys – the real ones.
Separating the real from those who want to play with their army toys.
It's time. It's time. It's time!"
