THE VISION
The vision of Shekinah Today Ministries is based upon the Word of God in Isaiah 40:5 “For the Glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together, for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.”

We believe that God’s Glory was revealed through His son Jesus Christ, and in these last days will be revealed through His Glorious Church! (Romans 8:18 and Colossians 1:27). As God’s Glory is revealed through His church we believe it will result in the greatest end-time move of God and harvest of souls the earth has ever seen, ushering in the return of our King, Jesus!

OUR MISSION
1. As part of the five fold ministry our mission is to prepare the Body of Christ to rise up and Be Glorious (the Glorious Church) in the earth. Clearly and consistently we have heard God’s heart cry to us, to Cleanse, Purify and Make Ready the Bride of Christ! Make her ready to be Glorious in the earth! This cannot be done by our own might or power, but only by the power of the Word of God and by the cleansing and purifying fire of the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 5:25-27 - Just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.

Ephesians 4:11-13 - says the five fold ministry was given for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head--Christ-- 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.)

2. Rescue Souls - Seek And Save the Lost:
(Luke 19:10 - For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.)

3. Make Disciples of all Nations: (with special Focus on the Local Church)
(Matthew 28:18-20 -And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.)

4. To equip the Church (Body of Christ) to engage and influence today's culture with God's truth, life, love, and power. We are to be salt and Light in the world! Also, God’s word clearly warns of great deception in the last days, therefore, it is imperative that 5 fold ministry inform and protect God’s people. (1 Peter 3:15 - But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;

Matthew 5:13-16 - You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. 14 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Matthew 24:11: And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

5. Minister Healing and Deliverance to the captives:
(Matthew 10:8 - Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give)

6. Care and Minister to the Needy:
(Matthew 25:35-36 - for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 'I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.)

7. Bring forth Unity in the Body of Christ:
(John 17: 20-23 - Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gave me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.)
